With more than 38 years in rail, Andy brings extensive operational, safeworking and industry experience to O.R.A. His focus is mentoring, specialist support and solutions grounded in real-world rail experience.
Shan Jaudzemis
Director | Industry Networking & Engagement
Shan leads O.R.A.’s industry networking and engagement, connecting rail professionals, businesses and community networks. Her focus is building meaningful industry relationships, creating opportunities to collaborate and supporting the growth of the O.R.A. network.
Training Partnership with Iron Training
O.R.A. works closely with Iron Training & Consulting (RTO 52709) to connect people and businesses with rail training. Andy Blower also serves as RTO Manager with Iron Training, bringing together recognised training capability, extensive rail experience and industry support.
